* The house is delivered with sheets and towels in all rooms.
*Cleaning service is offered during the stay, which if requested will be charged as an extra (€70.00), as well as laundry service for a price of €20/washing machine.
*It is not allowed to make annoying noises or play loud music in the accommodation or outdoors out of respect for the environment and the neighbourhood.
*The owners live within the property in an attached home. During the bathing season they will be in charge of the daily cleaning of the pool and the maintenance of the gardens.
*Pets are not allowed in full rentals.
RESERVATION TERMS
To reserve the room in advance we will ask for a bank transfer. Credit cards aren´t accepted.
Refund of reservation
Romm rental: one month beforehand – 100% / 15 days beforehand – 50% / Less than 15 days there is no refund
Full rental: 80% will be refunded if cancelling before a month from arrival
